Overview of the Urban Decay Moondust Palette
PACKAGING

  • Sturdy plastic
  • Black with a silver glitter finish (no glitter fallout from palette)
  • Laser cut 'Moondust' with a mirrored background
  • Strong magnetic closure with easy-to-grip grooves
  • Fairly large mirror with no distortion, able to do a full face of makeup fairly easily
  • No brush included

SHADOWS

  • 8 Shades in total
  • All glitter shades with base colour
  • Fallout occurs easily during application
  • Pigmentation of base colour is light, builds best with a good sticky primer (Too Faced Glitter Glue is what I reach for)
  • Recommend doing eyes before base to make fallout clean up easy




Specter - Pale pink with pink and violet micro glitter
Element - Bright pink that shifts slightly bronze with pink micro glitter
Magnetic - Mid toned purple with purple and blue micro glitter
Lightyear - Grass green with green and pale blue micro glitter
Granite - Dark grey with gold and silver micro glitter
Lithium - Mid toned brown with gold and silver micro glitter
Vega - Blue with dark and light blue micro glitter
Galaxy - Blackened blue with light blue, dark blue and silver glitter
