Project Pan 2015 - Update #3

1 May 2015
Another month down, another round of Project Pan progress! I'm really pleased with the progress I'm making so far but I won't lie, I'm ready to start playing with my other makeup items!

As always, I'm going to start with what I finally managed to finish off and if you prefer to watch; there is a YouTube video for you.

Giorgio Armani Designer Lift Foundation - I love this, if I could afford to fill my kit with GA foundations I would, they are mind blowing-ly good!

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Treatment Makeup - Absolutely shit.

Giorgio Armani Highlight Sample - I got tired of this so I used it as an illuminator, it worked fine but I can live without it.

Giorgio Armani BB Sample - Too dark for me but made an awesome contour cream. I wouldn't repurchase it solely for that reason though and I didn't like it as an all over base product.

Sugar Baby Purple Eyeshadow - I really enjoyed this shadow but I enjoy the fact that it's completely gone even more.

MAC Brule - Awesome blending base, will repurchase.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Treatment Concealer - LOVE! Have already repurchased.

Shu Uemura Face Architect Samples - Didn't love it.

Laura Mercier Foundation Primer - I liked this and I have another tube which I'll eventually use but I wouldn't buy the full size, not worth it.

Now we are getting in to product progress.. The Tony Moly & Day Tattoo Eyebrow is still going strong, if it doesn't start to show signs of reaching the end of it's life through may I'll be seriously surprised because this has had constant use for a hell of a long time. I no longer hate the YSL Touche Eclat but I still don't understand the hype behind it and Benefit Erase Paste needs attention, I've barely touched it. Australis Tint My Brow should be one that I can finish in May.. hopefully! Urban Decay Primer Potion is starting to grate on my nerves and Benefit Boi-ing has had a little attention due to me trying to find ways to work with it but it will always take a backseat while I try to finish off the Touche Eclat. The Bobbi Brown Gel Liner is showing slow but steady progress.

Last Month                                                                                                       This Month
On to shadows, most notable progress would be the brown shadow with I repressed and hit pan on again, also the Clinique pan and Cream Sugar Babay shadow both have pan showing. I'd like to finish the two small square pans in May.

I still have the Bobbi Brown CC sample, Maybelline Dream Pure Sample and the two Nivea Q10 CC samples.

I finally hit pan on both the Natio Pressed Powder and Illamasqua Cream Blush, I was absolutely shocked when I hit pan on that blush, I wasn't expecting it!

Progress on my lipsticks and pencil items is slow, I wanted so badly to finish Flirty Honey and the Lip Liner but they are both products that will just have to wait for May.

As for my lip glosses there is little to show, the Gorgeous Cosmetics one on the left is finally down far enough for me to be able to mark it with a sharpie while the Benefit gloss was giving me issues working out where to mark it so I dipped it in a cup of hot water only to find that it settled to my original mark which means I didn't mark it correctly on my last update.

I've just realised that I forgot to take a photo of that damn Issey Miyake perfume.. I can't be bothered.

I'll be back next month, hopefully with some impressive progress!
