Because why not?

June 2014 Collective Haul.

1 July 2014
This post is going to look a little small but I did haul a fair bit this month, some of it has already been posted and I'll link that where appropriate, what makes this haul special though is that it's the last one of it's kind that you will be seeing from me for quite a while. July brings with it a big Project Pan for me so hauls will only consist of clothing, shoes and accessories from now until probably the end of the year which is a great thing because it will force me to learn more about fashion posting which is something I've wanted to do for a few months now.

I do have some expected packages coming, mostly from Memebox, so I will certainly review them when they arrive but any makeup or skincare shopping on my part will be to replace items I've used up or gift related.

Note to all makeup and skincare companies; If you could hold off releasing anything awesome until the end of the year I'd really appreciate it!

We all know Priceline had a mega skincare bag available this month (if you've been under a rock you can view the contents here), to qualify for the bag I picked up some essentials; Puretopia Whisk Away Creamy Face Cleanser (review) and Smooth & Renew Gentle Exfoliating Face Scrub (which I now have 2 of because there was one in my GWP bag... Derp). I grabbed a Sanctuary Spa Youth Boosting Facial In-A-Box, I actually purchased one of these last year but ended up giving it away and I'm still curious about their products so figured I'd try again. People For Plants Night Cream was an easy choice for me, it's another brand that I'm curious about and night creams are always a product I'm low on. Finally the Montagne Jeunesse Mud Pac is something I've been meaning to try for ages now and I'm glad I can finally cross it off my list!

The Bestie had a huge gap between classes so I met her in the city for lunch, we had a wander around the shops but I didn't actually buy anything until we went our separate ways. I finally picked up the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette, I had resit the urge to buy it for so long but the psychotic beauty blogger in me had the need to buy something pretty and pricey and now I own it.
Lovisa was running a decent EOFY sale so I grabbed a slave bracelet and some ear cuffs because I love shit like this.

The Illamasqua Nail Varnish and Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain were $5 bargains at Myer, obviously I wasn't going to pass these up because you all know I'm obsessed with the Balm Stains and nail polish is a bit of a 'thing' for me at the moment, if you don't believe me check out this post for a nail polish haul that I did this month.

And finally I decided that my hair needed help and I wasn't going to get it from the crap I can buy at Priceline, I did a little shopping on lookfantastic.com because their prices for Kerastase products can't be beat and after I used a coupon code I picked up these 3 products for about the price of 1 product if I'd purchased it in a salon. The Kerastase Nectar Thermique is a Holy Grail product for me, I applied it for the first time since going bleach blonde last night and I seriously have to wonder why the fuck I didn't just use this from the start, it's that good. Bain De Force and Ciment Thermique were a duo deal they had going, the Ciment Thermique looks like it will be similar to the Nectar Thermique except it's aimed specifically at hair with erosion issues so I figured it was worth trying while the price was so low and the Bain De Force (fortifying shampoo) is suited to less damaged hair than mine but I think it will still be fine to use, also it came free with the Ciment Thermique so obviously not going to complain about that.

I will never be without my Holy Grail Kerastase product again, I like trying new stuff but I really need to have that miracle product to fall back on.

Did you make any naughty purchases this month?
