Because why not?

Priceline 40% Off Cosmetics Sale + Mini Haul - March 2014

11 March 2014
Hello Makeup Junkies.

Today I saw my therapist, it was wonderful.

As we all know Priceline often have a 40% off sale and their current one, running over the 11th and 12th of March, is makeup related and includes nail crap.
Someone put me on a leash.

Ok lets look at the new stuff.

I was a good girl. I was composed. I didn't push anyone over.

Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Liner in Blackest Black
RRP: $16.95
Saving: $6.78
Total: $10.17
I didn't want to buy this, I'm having a really hard time coming to terms with my Bobbi Brown liner starting to dry up. I can't afford a new one and I know this stuff is smashing so I begrudgingly purchased it. I will be happy when I use it and am reminded of how lovely new gel liners are.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser in Medium
RRP: $18.95
Saving: $7.58
Total: $11.37
I've wanted to try this for ages, it looks like it could be a little dark for me but the lighter one looked way too light. We will see.

Sally Hansen Gem Crush Polish in Be-Jeweled
RRP: $9.95
Saving: $3.98
Total: $5.97
Fucking love these polishes and was thinking I'd just go silly and buy them all but when I was looking at the colours I felt like this was the only one I really wanted.

Australis Velourlips in NY-CEE
RRP: $9.95
Saving: $3.98
Total: $5.97
Again was going to buy all of them but while looking at the colours the red was the only one that I was desperate to own so I behaved myself.

Essence Studio Nails Pro White Effect
RRP: $1.47
Saving: $0.59
Total: $0.88
I can't remember where I saw a glowing review for this but it has stuck in my mind for a long time, also Essence is one of those brands that often surprises me so I figured for less than a dollar it was worth a shot.

Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous Foundation #842
RRP: $19.95
Saving: $7.98
Total: $11.97
Everyone is raving about this, you bloggers made me buy it.

Total: $46.33
And after using my discount voucher I only paid $36.60
This averages out to $6.10 per item

Bring on the skincare sale!

Oh.. and I might go back tomorrow for more because I still have an itch.

Did you take advantage of the Priceline 40% off cosmetics sale?

All Products were purchased by myself and I'm in no way affiliated with any of the companies mentioned unless otherwise stated. Links provided are for shopping examples only, I have personally purchased from some (not all) of these online stores but I highly recommend researching before buying.

  1. Hahaha! The only time I've pushed someone was when they were standing at the train ticket barriers during peak hour (because their ticket got refused). I'd put my ticket in, the barrier would open and they'd still be standing there like an idiot. I am trying so hard to resist.....I always get sucked into these 40% offs and priceline goodie bags. I have my eyes on that concealer!!

    1. Hahaha I would have pushed them through too!! I think I was really well behaved this time, I figured there would be more sales coming up and I've got a whole bunch of makeup I'm yet to even open so I figured I should just get the things that had been stuck in my head for quite a while. My bank is happy and so am I :)

    1. Damn your Therapist!! How dare they!! I'm lucky to have 4 stores in close proximity... Actually I suppose that's lucky for Priceline because it means I can't resist at least buying a few things during a sale.

  5. I also had the best therapy session(s) at two Pricelines yesterday I purchased the Covergirl foundation too! The Maybelline concealer is good, unfortunately the packaging didn't work too well and leaked so I had to throw it out :(

    1. Oh that's a shame, I have heard the packaging can be a bit faulty so will see how it goes.
